To ensure a quick and accurate record of the consultation, the GP uses temporary voice recordings. During the consultation, these recordings can help accurately record medical information in the patient’s file.
The recordings are used exclusively for documenting the consultation and are not retained after the report is completed. They are therefore only available temporarily and are then irreversibly deleted.
This allows the GP to focus more on the consultation, while maintaining a complete and reliable medical record.
If you object to this, please let us know. We will then typ the report ourselves.
